HEY EVERYONE!
I'm making my Broadway Debut on Monday and Tuesday!!! FINALLY! I will be performing at the New Amsterdam Theatre on 42nd Street (where Lion King is playing and where I used to sell T-Shirts when I first moved here). I'm part of a group of singers doing backup for Brian D'arcy James (Sweet Smell..., Titanic), while he sings the Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS anthem, "Help is on the Way," by David Friedman. The song will come at the end of the 16th Annual EASTER BONNET Competition Monday and Tuesday, April 22 and 23, 2002. Reputed to be the hottest ticket on Broadway, The Easter Bonnet Competition features a parade of bonnets hand-crafted by the casts and crews of dozens of participating productions. This annual spring event is the culmination of an intensive six-week fundraising effort by the companies of Broadway, Off-Broadway and national touring productions. Curtain speeches, sales of autographed posters and programs, auctions and cabaret performances are just some of the activities that enable these companies to bring in generous contributions from audiences. So for more info, visit the Broadway Cares website at www.bcefa.orgHonors are awarded to the companies that raise the largest amounts of money on behalf of BC/EFA during the fundraising drive. Companies offering the best designs and presentations of bonnets are also recognized. Please come if you can!Love, Jamie

Hey there,
Been pretty busy here in NYC. Lots of auditioning and such going on. The 2nd Volume of Knight Hunters came out a few weeks ago, and is receiving some great reviews, it was very difficult work and I'm really proud of how it came out. Please pick up a copy if you get the chance. I go into the studio next week to begin recording the next volume.I'm directing a benefit reading of "Art" for the Duo Theatre on East 4th Street. The reading will be held on April 16th I believe. I am also hoping to do "Carousel" later on this summer up at the Depot Theatre in Westport, NY (On Lake Champlain, Upstate NY). We'll see how everything works out. I hope you are all well! drop me a line, make an entry in my guestbook!
